The Ecko Collective was built for two reasons, and both come straight from the gaps we saw every day.
First, we wanted a way to support more creators, not just the ones with the biggest followings. Incredible talent exists long before follower count catches up, and we didn’t believe creators should have to wait to start getting paid, guidance, and real opportunities.
Second, the brands in our “Ecko System” were actively asking for access to our talent pool beyond macro talent. They wanted trusted, high-quality micro and UGC creators who already understand how to convert, perform, and show up professionally.

We’re looking for creators between 5k - 250k followers who know how to make great content that brands actually want to use. If you’re bigger than that, our fully managed talent team may be a better fit.

You’ve built an audience because you’re passionate, authentic, and people trust you. If your content resonates and creates real connection, we care more about that than vanity metrics.
